Tedder C P School

Class 5 Autumn

This term, our topic was 'A Child's War'. We learnt about the Second World War and what life was like on the home front. As part of our topic we made simple wooden toys using a cam mechanism. Here are some of our products.

We planned and delivered a special Remembrance Assembly for the whole school. After the assembly, we represented the school at the Station Remembrance Service.

We enjoyed British Values Day. We thought about how we demonstrate fundamental British values every day in school.

Everyone did amazingly well in our swimming lessons. In our last lesson, we learnt about how to stay safe near water.

After half term, some of us took part in an exciting residential visit. Here are some photos.

At the end of term, we all enjoyed the Christmas Party.
