Foundation Stage

73% made expected progress in reading, writing and maths.  The cohort came in at a low starting point generally. Of the 73%, 21% exceeded early learning goals in reading, writing and maths.

Phonics

Reception -  15 in cohort /   Phase 2 – 26%     Phase 4  74%

Yr 1  -  11 in cohort / Phase 4 – 27.%     Phase 5  - 72.7% 

Yr 2 -  14 in cohort / Phase 5 – 14.3%   Phase 6 – 85.7%

KS1

100% of children reached the required standard at the phonics screening.

Key Stage 1 SATS – we had 100% of children achieving the 2b required level in reading, writing and maths, with a high % also achieving level 3 (28% level 3 in reading, 14% in writing, 36% in maths).

Key Stage 2 SATS – In Key Stage 2  we had     

90.9% achieving 4b or above in maths, with 36.4% level 5 – 9.1% level 6 (45%)

81.8% achieving 4b or above in reading, with 54.5% level 5

81.8% achieving 4b or above in writing, with 27.3% level 5

Children in Class 4 made an average of 4.75 APS points progress.
